The Mines Shopping Mall & Sakae Sushi, The Mines

My one and only time visit to The Mines was 18 years ago. Ya, that old! 18 years later, I decided to bring husband take a look at this shopping mall that has a canal that runs right into the complex. The Mines located in Seri Kembangan - about 30 minutes drive away from our house in Kuala Lumpur.
There are water taxis that provide daily cruise services to customers to The Mines from Serdang KTM Station (fee applicable). The Water Taxi is available from 9am to 9pm. We drove here, pay toll fee RM2 and Parking is RM2 too for being here 2 hours ++.
Besides The Mines Shopping Mall, there used to be a Mines Wonderland -a musical theme park and even snowland but all these attractions has closed for operation. However, visitor still be able to enjoy the cruise on the 150 acres former tin mining lake named the North Lake and the South Lake. Which is what we are here today - for the cruise!
We stand on top of the bridge that link through both side of the canal inside the shopping mall, watchi…

Seremban, Empayar Seremban Siew Pow | 芙蓉烧包城

Hubby works in Seremban. So one of the Saturday I followed him to Seremban so we can explore after work, sight seeing and makan-makan (food!). When we Google "what to eat in Seremban" this Empayar Seremban Siew Pow wont be missed from the list. If you driving down to South via North-South Express way, the building with very eye catching sign can be seen from the highway (near Seremban 2 exit).
We use GPS to lead us here. The entrance to the Empire Seremban Siew Pow with a big signage can be spotted after you drive into Taman Bukit kepayang.

Turn right after the big signage, continue to drive down you will be able to see a big building on left at the end of the road ~ that's where the Empayar Seremban Siew Pow located at. Before we reach the end of the road, both side of the road are surround by trees it was pretty quiet . Not even a single car can be seen on the road, we actually thought the place was closed. But hen we reach the end of the road and turn left, we were so…
