The Blue Cow Cafe, Plaza Damas

My sister & family visit us in town and stay with us for weekend. It's my baby nephew Wayne first trip to KL. All of us went for brunch at The blue cow cafe @ Plaza Damas which is nearby our house in MK. Sis is the one who is good in searching what is nice to eat. While I am like a newbie, still slow in exploring places for good food in KL.

If you are meat-lover, this can be your favourite meat shop! The concept is similar with Las Vacas, there is a butcher deli inside the cafe where you can get fresh quality Australian beef and lamb, homemade sausages and burger patties. They also selling local pork meat, bacon and hams. Ehem...bacon and ham is the reason why we were here hehe!

Cousin sis - Ga Yoon is gulping down a glass of iced-milo! She currently get hook with Milo after her first try haha! The restaurant ambiance is cozy and homey, recommended you get a seat at the terrace at the back which has a great view of Istana Negara and KLCC city view. No photos taken since it is occupied with patrons.

We tried out their signature dish -Big BBQ Breakfast and Bacon and Cheese Salad.

Big BBQ Breakfast @ RM42.00
It consists of  2 eggs (we asked to made it scramble egg here), crispy bacon, handmade sausages, steak, grilled tomatoes, sauteed mushrooms, egg & hash brown, come with toast. The portion is huge for 1 pax so best share among 2.

Bacon and Cheese salad!
Served with fresh vegetables, cherry tomatoes, carrot strips, crispy fried bacon and cheese served with an appetizing dressing.

My all time favorite ~ cappuccino!

Sis & brother in law had Big BBQ Breakfast too with extra eggs and toast for the kids. And also a bowl of Creamy Mushroom Soup. The creamy mushroom soup is very creamy and thick! This meal is pretty pricey for a breakfast. Total bill cost RM189.90 for 5 adults, 1 toddler & 1 baby. But I would say it is worth, fresh and hearty and generous portion breakfast with friendly service staff. Will be back for their yummylicious burgers and steak!
