My First Homemade Cheese Baked Rice

I am craving for cheese baked rice. We used to eat cheese baked rice at Kim Gary back in Penang. Now after living in this new town with no such restaurant nearby, I am going to make one myself for the first time since I bought Mozzarella cheese last night. 
Ingredients (2 servings)

250gm minced chicken meat
1/2 Green Onion - diced
2-3 gloves garlic - minced
1 tomato - diced
1 bowl of rice
Cooking Olive oil
Mozzarella cheese
Spaghetti sauce


How to cook:

Step 1. Set the oven temperature at 220'c 5 minutes before bake. 
Step 2. Meanwhile, heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of cooking olive oil, stir fried minced chicken meat, follow by dice onions, tomato and minced garlic with coking olive oil till cook and tender.
Step 3. Pour inn 1 can of  spaghetti sauce, toss a dash of black pepper, mix well. 
Step 4. Add 2 bowl of cooked rice on a dish-ware (microwave / oven usable), pour the sauce on top of the cook rice, stir well.

Last Saturday, we held a Korean BBQ dinner at home for the first time. It was a belated house warming party (husband moved here in April and I join him after 6 months later), also a farewell dinner for Mr Park who is returning to Korea soon, and a welcome party for Mr. Ryoo ~ Mr. Park's successor. All of them are my husband's colleagues. This is our first time held a Samgyeopsal BBQ at home. And below are some of the basic items normally needed for the BBQ:

For BBQ / Grill: 1kg of Pork shoulder meat and Pork Belly (clean with salt water, rinse and dry it, then sprinkle some black pepper on top and keep in fridge for half an hour)King oyster mushrooms (thinly slice) Enoki mushrooms
